Programs

Our team here at AgilePM Group have partnered with many government and enterprise organisations to help them through their digital transformation journey.

“AgilePM Group had an embedded agile coach who helped form and develop a number of delivery teams on my program. The pragmatic approach and ability to pay attention and solve problems in the context of our environment had our teams off to a great start and things kept improving from there.”

- Muz Scerba,

  Director, Department of Industry

Here are some of the client programs we have worked on:

First off was the creation of the Occupational Rehabilitation and Associated Medical Services (ORAMS) Marketplace, this was done in conjunction with the Digital Marketplace team at the DTA and the Australian Tax Office, and later migrated to Comcare.

Implementation of an Enterprise Data Management Environment

Australian Bureau of Statistics

ABS was seeking to create a coherent and integrated environment for the life cycle management of their data. They had the aspiration of metadata driven end to end business processes conducted within a common data management framework. Escalating costs in the management of data and siloed data processing were holding them back. They realised they needed to re-engineer their business processes around the flow of value to their customers. They needed to focus on providing innovative products and services through the assembly of data and data processes, rather than focusing on ‘made to order’ processes and products. They also wanted to make sure this new process for their teams had time built-in for greater innovation, more data analysis, and tailored service delivery.
